How to Apply:

- Click on the link to download the preliminary application. You may print and complete the application or complete the application electronically.
- No printer? No problem! We are happy to mail an application to you, or you may pick one up from our Corporate Office.
- Click on the “Pay My Application Fee” link to pay your application fee online.
- Click on “Get Started” to create your account
- Complete the required information and select “Taneytown Crossing” under “please choose property”, then click “Create Account”.
- Once logged in, click on “Pay Now”
- Enter the application fee amount ($25 x # adult applicants) and click “Continue”
- Choose your payment method:
- Credit cards incur an additional processing fee of 3.9%.
- Bank Account payments incur no processing fees.
- Complete your payment by entering the appropriate information for your payment type (credit card or bank account), and click “Save”.
- Our Leasing Team will confirm the payment is received, and begin processing the application.
- Applications will be processed in order that they are received. Applications without an application fee will NOT be processed until the application fee is received.
- Please submit your application via mail, e-mail, fax, or in-person to our Corporate Office.
